I truly love my job as a Kitten Programs Manager for the Little Lion Foundation because I get to be there for some of the most vulnerable little lives when they need someone the most. There is something incredibly meaningful about rescuing the sickest, tiniest babies, giving them the medical care, patience, love, and support they need to heal, and watching them transform into happy, thriving kittens. But the most rewarding part is seeing that journey all the way through to adoption—knowing that a kitten who once needed so much help is now healthy, loved, and going home to a family of their own. It can be challenging and heartbreaking at times, but every tiny purr, every milestone, and every successful adoption reminds me exactly why I do what I do. I feel incredibly lucky to have a job where I can make such a difference in the lives of these little ones.
