Magerly's Internship Fund

As a college student, I can tell you firsthand how important it is to have opportunities to work in my own town. My internship with the Bixby Knolls Community Foundation has been more than just a line on my résumé- it’s been a chance to learn real skills, connect with local businesses, and be part of projects that make a difference for my neighbors. From helping with events like First Fridays to supporting programs that keep our streets clean and safe, I’ve gotten to see the direct impact we have.

Fundraising for my position isn’t just about helping me- it’s about making sure other young people like me can gain this kind of experience. When local students get to work in our neighborhood, we bring new energy and ideas, and we carry those lessons with us wherever we go. Supporting this internship means investing in both the future of Bixby Knolls and the next generation of community leaders.
