Partners of Parks is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year of serving Long Beach Parks and Programs. We are elated to be raising funds for Long Beach Animal Care services this year with a large goal of $20,000!!! Long Beach Animal Care ensures “Compassion Saves” by supporting the people and animals of our community through outreach, education, guidance, and support services. We protect shelter animals by creating an environment of care through enrichment and innovative programs. 

The Long Beach Animal Care Shelter is consistently full requiring a qualified staff, caring volunteers, as well as food, medical resources, supplies, and more. LBACS offers low cost vaccine clinics and provides adoptive and foster parents with spay and neuter services, microchipping, and more to ensure happy healthy adoptions. Your donations goes towards maintaining these services, upkeeping the shelter, and providing pets with the best care possible.

How can you help? First and foremost, can you adopt or foster a pet? There are several long stay residents who would love a new family or a break from the shelter! Donate to Long Beach Gives! Your contribution towards our Long Beach Gives goal will greatly support a pet in need as we head into the holiday season. Tell your friends!
