Hello, I'm Adriana Lanting, the current International Services Director on the board of Long Beach Rotary Charitable Foundation (LBRCF). 

As a global health leader, collaborator, and advocate, I work at the intersection of governance, strategic partnerships, and community-led innovation to deliver sustainable, equitable healthcare solutions. 

Additionally, I currently serve as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Pilgrim Africa and hold board positions with Pilgrim Africa and the Todd Cancer Institute at Memorial Hospital. My previous leadership roles include serving as Board Chair for Malaria Partners International, where I helped drive the first Rotary Program of Scale — a $6 million initiative with the Gates Foundation, World Vision, and Rotary International. 

I am committed to ensuring that healthcare is not only available, but designed with dignity, sustainability, and cultural relevance for the communities it serves. 

LBRCF's Feeding the Future campaign through the 2026 Long Beach Gives online fundraising platform for local nonprofit organizations, may not be a global program, but it is a healthcare program. Many of our local college students at Long Beach City College and CSU Long Beach struggle financially, and approximately 25% of them are food insecure. 

Hungry Students have difficulty with focusing on their studies!
